JOE & THE JUICE is a fast-growing freshly made juice, coffee, and sandwich concept. Founded in Copenhagen in 2002, we serve fresh products made to order – from explosive fruit juices and sandwiches to comforting coffees and teas. With 450 stores worldwide, we create lively moments in a welcoming and festive atmosphere.

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager in Brussels who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with a positive attitude, and inspires their team to deliver great guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead and motivate your team in line with company values and operational principles.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, ensuring optimal team performance and future talent pipeline.
  • Manage schedules, absences, and compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Operational Management

  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and hygienic working environment (HACCP).
  • Oversee stock handling, ordering, and waste management to meet targets.
  • Ensure a guest-first approach and build strong community relations to drive loyalty.

Performance & Development

  • Monitor KPIs, including sales, labor costs, waste, and compliance.
  • Optimize store performance and profitability.


Your Profile

  • 2–3 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards, inventory management, and basic financial principles
  • Proficient in office software and team scheduling tools
